Stella Nwosu is a seasoned professional who embarked on her academic journey at the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education with a focus on English. With a passion for continuous learning and professional development, she became a member of the prestigious Nigerian Institute of Management.

In the year 2000, Stella Nwosu joined the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) as a Load Controller. Notably, she was the first female Load Controller in the history of NAHCO, breaking barriers and paving the way for other women in the industry. Her dedication and outstanding contributions did not go unnoticed, as she once earned the title of Best Staff of the Year in Ramp Operations.

Throughout her career, Stella has been committed to honing her skills and expertise in aviation. As a Load Controller, she underwent numerous trainings workshops and seminars, gaining invaluable knowledge and staying at the forefront of industry trends.

Stella’s journey within NAHCO has seen her explore various operational departments, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. Currently holding the position of Senior Manager, Cargo Services, she continues to bring her wealth of experience and leadership to bear on her duties in the company.
