Mrs. Replong Ademola – Adetona is the Manager, Administrative Services, at NAHCO. A speaker and a coach, Replong has extensive experience in training and development, banking operations and customer care. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Jos. Over the years, Replong has built a deep vault of experience in Customer Service as well as in Credit and Marketing, making her an expert and trainer in that specialty. Her years of productive work at both Essiensburg Financial Consultants, Lagos and Union Bank of Nigeria stand out brightly in her rich resume. Apart from her role as Head, Customer Service Sub – Manager at Union Bank where she provided leadership to the operations team and continually enhanced team performance and operational efficiency, Mrs. Ademola – Adetona was also responsible for the training of more than 300 bank staff on operations, management development, conducting bank induction of new employees and managing and monitoring the performance of bank employees. She was also at other times, responsible for formulating marketing and business strategy, marketing new financial products or services, as well as developing good clientele base for the bank branch. She also initiated and packaged credit requirements for branch customers, as well as carried out of foreign transactions required by the customers.
