Dare Adebayo

Dare Adebayo is a dynamic and highly experienced aviation professional with a remarkable journey in the industry. Throughout his career at NAHCO (Nigerian Aviation Handling Company), he steadily rose through the ranks, starting as a Load Controller in November 1999 and currently serving as the Outstation Operations Manager (North), a position he assumed in June this year. His passion for aviation and his dedication to excellence have been the driving forces behind his success in various leadership roles. Dare's professional journey began as a Load Controller. He was promoted to Ramp Supervisor in April 2006. In this role, Dare oversaw ground operations, including baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and coordination with various teams to ensure efficient turnaround times. Building on his previous experiences, Dare assumed the role of Ramp Duty Manager from 2011 to 2015, taking charge of daily operations and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork. In 2015, he became the Flight Operations Manager, where he managed and optimized flight operations, collaborating with pilots, crew, and ground staff to ensure smooth and timely departures and arrivals. He was appointed the Cargo Ramp Manager in July 2020, a post he held till February 2023 when he was appointed Ramp Manager. From February 2023 to June 2023, he supervised all ramp activities and enhanced operational efficiency. In June, Management appointed Dare as the Outstation Operations Manager (North). In this role, Dare is responsible for co-ordinating and managing all operations in northern region, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent service excellence. Dare holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (1993), and the West Africa School Certificate from The Apostolic Church Grammar School, Ketu, Lagos.
